Hi jferrari123, great questions! Yes, I will be addressing unfiltered and filtered olive oil in a post not too long from now, and I will be looking for reports/data on the subject. I’ll address it from two angles, one being a miller and producer, the other being a consumer. In general, almost all evoo in CA is unfiltered, or rather it filters itself naturally by settling in tanks, then companies will “rack” the good clear oil into a new tank.
